INTEGRATION / TECHNICAL ANALYST

I perform requirements analysis for new integration projects, document their function and structure for both internal / external reference, and support developers, vendors and end-users with support and technical issues pertaining to the projects.

IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

I coordinate communications between developers, vendors and customers to provide prompt, precise, and professional support and service, ensuring that projects are properly prioritized and executed on schedule. I make sure all involved parties have all the information they need, when they need it.

WEB / GRAPHIC DESIGN

I create bespoke graphical assets for internal documentation, software theming and web-facing resources as required using Photoshop, HTML, CSS and WordPress as needed.

I have strong project management skills, and have coordinated integrations involving Laboratories, Electronic Billing Clearinghouses and Practice Management Systems. I also continuously strive to improve internal company policies and procedures to facilitate transparency, cross-departmental communication / synchronization and global access to technical / support documentation.
